Yes I do understand
Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Yes, everyone can be BEd but the CMP and the reason for such BE must be valid (lethally attacked by one of your marines/staff, a player disrupting the OP in major standards are good examples)
Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
Yes, I understand that the CMP has the final say in law matters and not the commander.
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
Oof, well, the Commander job is crucial for the game, a good commander is the commander who not only focuses on winning the operation, but also focuses on making the round funnier, entertaining and versatile for everyone. Being a Commander is more than running the operation, and of course, if that was the case why not just go XO? The commander enforces good IC relations between all marines and tries to make the round funnier for every player he interacts with. The Commander is ultimately the one man that can turn a shitty round into the best round of the day singlehandedly.
The sole presence of a good commander inspires and pushes the players to win the game, to accomplish the set goals. A commander that doesn't generate enough empathy with the rest of the players will ultimately disappoint and break the morale very easily throughout the round, and that's why constant interaction with all players is necessary to keep the wheel spinning and the round fun.
This man right here, the commander, holds the key of a good round all by himself.
If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
If a member of my staff disobeys orders I would start by warning them and threatening to mark them for insub. If they keep on going, then i'd call the MPs on them and order them demoted. If by disobeying my orders a member of the staff has placed the entire operation in danger, hurt many marines or incited a riot or mutiny, an execution or battlefield execution then would most likely take place as a last resort.
Some examples are:
SO Clark refuses to disobey my orders of ordering his squad to move into the northeastern LV Caves even though it's clear that's a wise path to take. I warn him to drop it. If SO Clark continues to avoid his duty, i'd then order the MPs to take him to brig for insubordination.
On the other hand, if SO Clark launches an OB using incorrect coordinates and thus getting fair share of a marine squad killed, oh boy, he's getting the BE.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I believe I should be whitelisted because I have a good grasp at commanding: I usually play CMP a lot, I have also played my fair share of SO and XO and when i'm a regular marine I always choose Squad Leader. Leading and drawing a path for people is what I believe I do best, also asides from this, I focus a lot on roleplaying every round. I always try to interact with everyone I encounter and devise plans, military exercises, etcetera. I believe the combination of my passion to lead and my inherent inclination to roleplay and IC story telling makes me fit for the commander position. I also have been here for a fair amount of months, am very active and learned from every mistake i've made I believe for the better.
