so i guess multy keying mean more than one account, i only have one account. it might be due to the fact that the wifi i use is share by a ton of people. its boingo wifi

okay, so when i first started to play ss13 i was banned from /tg/ right off the bat as well, i talk to them and they unbanned me because i had never even played on there sever yet but they where skeptical as well . i think the reason it thinks i have multiple accounts is due to the fact that the wifi im on is share by mabye 10000 other people (im in the military on a military base). its called boingo wireless. thats about all i can say. im being honest with you and have no reason to lie, im taking time out of my day to try to play your server and get this ban repealed. its just funny to me because i have never even played on your sever and this is happening.

dude for christ sake, ive bin on a 9 day field op and its bin a half a month. how did /tg/ resolve this in a day but apparent y it takes you guys over half a month. unless you are just ignoring be because you really think im lying even thought ive went out of my way to try and fix the problem. And ill say it again, I HAVE NEVER PLAYED ON YOUR SERVER!, how am i banned if ive never played it!

I understand it is taking a long time, however, a few people on the server are even capable of resolving this. It isn't being ignored, these things just take time.

Understandable, it will be resolved as soon as one of the few people who can resolve it can get to it, they are very busy with their own lives and with alot of reports, appeals, permabans and developing

i would post a screen cap of the ban but i dont know how, also the ban screen disapears after bit and gives the screen of "dream seeker may be experiencing a problem reaching byond.com" and tells me to dowload adobe flash for internet explorer.

BYOND uses Internet Explorer, so you may have to update IE in order to get it working correctly. As for the screencap, Google how to take a screenshot of your computer. If you're on windows 10, you should have a "Snipping Tool" which you can take screen shots with, save it as a Jpeg or png or whatever, then upload it to Imgur.com or some such. You can also use a screenshotting program like gyazo or lightshot to take the picture and put it on the internet all in one go.

Once you have the link to wherever your picture is stored, make a new post or edit your original post, select "Full Editor and Preview" for convenience, and click on the mountains
Then copy/paste the link to your image between the "img]" and "[/img" bit, adding .png after the link but before the "[/img". If you want an example, just click the quote button in the upper right of this post and you'll see all of my formatting.

The Snipping Tool is nice because it freezes the screen as soon as you start taking the picture to give you ample time for getting the right dimensions, and you can always go crazy and take a screenshot of the snipping tool screenshot if you want to use a particular screenshotting tool to upload it more conveniently.

Then click the "Preview" button next to the "Submit" button and see if it came out OK. Voila, screenshot available for viewing.

oh yeah and also im using boingo wireless if thats what you mean by ISP which is a very shitty service that most military bases use.

Your IP is directly tied to another person also claiming to be at a US Army Base. Normally, that's a bad thing but I don't have any first-hand experience in using it. That said, given we don't have anything bad directly tied to you and others have ahd this problem I'll make an exception for your ckey so you can log onto the server.
