It was finally time, time for the great hunt. Here Da'thui-Von would either descend into death, or rise greater than before, as a Blooded.
Da'thui-Von and his two fellow Young Bloods prepared to depart from their ship, below them rested a dense jungle, perfect hunting grounds. In the jungle resided a group of 5 matured, hardened, and combat ready xenomorphs. These great beasts provided some of the most worthy and honorable hunts to have ever existed in Da'thui-Von’s clan. Today he intended to strike one of these creatures down. He was the last of his bloodline, he was going to need to be a blooded to secure a mate... with this thought in mind, he was leaving that jungle as a man, or not at all.
Finally on the surface, Da'thui-Von and his fellow hunters sprang into action. Leaping onto nearby trees, they observed their surroundings, there was no time to waste. After minutes of silence, a loud rustle bursted from a nearby bush, there was no doubt, a serpent had shown itself. The Young Bloods leaped silently from tree to tree, tracking the beast down. It went as they intended, the serpent had no idea of its mistake, it had led the Young Bloods straight to its friends.
Da'thui-Von stalked the beasts for some time, soon enough one of them made its first mistake, it started wandering off into the jungle. Da'thui-Von wasted no time to claim it, he separated from the others and followed the serpent. After following silently for awhile the serpent made it clear that it’s not considered the ultimate prey for no reason, suddenly it ended the pursuit, dashing up a tree… it knew it was being followed.
Da'thui-Von was no fool either, he tracked the serpent, being careful not to lose its location. At the exact moment the xenomorph rounded the tree, he leaped towards it, swiftly pulling out his shuriken and gliding it through the air. The shuriken span rapidly before striking the serpent’s side, slicing off a piece of its hide. The beast hissed and lost its balance, it fell and impacted heavily onto the ground. Da'thui-Von recovered his shuriken before leaping to the ground to claim his kill.
Once on the surface, he extended his wrist blades, preparing to fight. In the same moment the serpent sprang forward, Da'thui-Von swiftly strafed to the right, dodging it. He then spotted his opportunity. Leaping forward, Da'thui-Von clutched the beast by the neck, using his strength, he lifted the serpent into the air, it squirmed and struggled, lashing its tail wildly. Da'thui-Von grinned slightly before thrusting his blades straight up into the xenomorphs head, draining it of its life.
Retracting his blades and letting the serpent slump to the ground, he removed his mask and lowered to its sizzling acid blood, he took a drop of the blood and marked himself, he had done it… he had killed his first xenomorph. He roared at the sky in happiness before putting his mask back on, though the celebration was short lived. Clouded by his victory he was not prepared, another serpent jumped from the brush, swiftly digging its claws into Da'thui-Von’s back and slashing down. The lacerations made Da'thui-Von roar in agony, but as just as the celebration was short lived, so was the agony. He swiftly extended his wrist blades once more, but this time, he made the first move.
Da'thui-Von dashed forward, and before reaching the xenomorph, slid to the right and extended his blade out, creating lacerations on the serpents face. Giving the beast no time to recover he charged at its back, digging his blades deep inside of it. The serpent wailed crazily, it whipped its tail back and sliced Da'thui-Von’s left shoulder. He roared in pain before pulling out his shuriken, using it to tear the serpents tail right off. Acid spewed from the stump, Da'thui-Von was careful not to be sprayed with it, and in no time, he used the shuriken to gash into the beast’s head... once again securing an honorable kill.
Da'thui-Von tended to his deep wounds before heading back to meet with the other Young Bloods. Upon his arrival he spotted only one of his fellow hunters, who was wounded. After further investigation, he discovered the limb body of the third hunter, he had a serpent’s tail impaled into his chest, still attached, the serpent lay limp on top of him, his blades deep inside the beasts jaws. The body was recovered, and Da'thui-Von left that jungle as he intended, a man… a Blooded.
In Da'thui-Von’s later life, he would become participate in many hunts, securing large amounts of honorable kills, so much that he was soon considered one of the most honorable hunters in his clan. On top of that, he was know to LOVE a challenge, often fighting very dangerous prey... he loved a challenge so much that he even challenged a fellow skilled warrior to an honor duel. He ended up slaying his opponent, but suffered some of the most horrific wounds he had ever received. This did not bother him, it only made the trill of the hunt stronger...
He would also later find a suitable mate, ensuring his bloodline would live on...
How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator)? My predator will play very honorably, singling out only the most worthy prey, he will wait until it is a good time to strike, and claim his kills. He will also be very stealthy, and attempt to not get overwhelmed by too many prey, his cloak will be very useful. He will spare the innocent and dishonorable. Da'thui-Von also enjoys challenges, so prey that actually stand a chance against him are more preferred. To be frank, if he fears anything, it's dishonor, he would rather die than be shamed.
Why should we whitelist you? I have been with CM for about a year and a half, I consider myself a decently well known person, along with a LOT of experience under my belt. I know the lore and aspects of the game and can carry out this role with much proficiency. I will take the honor code into HEAVY account when playing, and act my given role. I'm also not here to slaughter a ton of marines for fun, it's more about roleplay and fun interactions. I am also a whitelisted commander if that proves any more of my experience on things like roleplaying and following guidelines. I have watched and learned, observing some predators for entire rounds. With all this in mind, I believe I am ready and well suited for the role. On top of this, I am a huge fan of this franchise in general, it would be awesome to personally play predator.
Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)? Nope, never been banned on CM for something serious.
Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why? I am currently banned on Yog, and that new RP citadel station. On yog I accidently opened a plasma container, killing multiple people in medical. On Citadel I was accused of metagaming with some guy I met IC, didn't really have a say on the matter.
Do you understand that any player - donor or otherwise - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our rules or disobey the Predator Code of Honor? Indeed, I have witnessed it happen.
