Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Yes, I understand how battlefield executions function. They function like this, if the Commander feels that a person (except for CMP) is a threat to the operation then the Commander can execute them. The Commander must make an announcement saying that the person will be executed and what their crimes were.
Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
I fully understand that I am not above marine law.
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
The job of the Commander is to coordinate a plan with the Executive Officer and Staff Officers to search the colony. When the xenomorphs are overwelming the marines, the Commander must try to create a new plan. The Commander must also give a good briefing and deals with any problems that comes their way effectively.
If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
I would ask them why they are not following my orders and try to work out a compromise.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I should be whitelisted because I had a lot of experience as a Staff Officer and I want to have a higher command role because after watching other COs and seeing how they act, I think I have what it takes to be a Commander.
