What rule(s) were broken: 3 and 19.

Description of the incident: So, the round started as usual, other than the fact that Delta started with no SL until Tim joined in.
I didn't pay much attention to this until I heard from the radio, "Our SL just spent all his point on pistol ammo." So I thought that maybe he's just memeing around what with all the recent pistol builds, barely talked too at that point.
Anyway, once we land, he didn't said anything either and pretty much died silently without saying much or actual leading.

How you would punish the accused: A temporary (3 days at least) jobban from SL or any role that warrants communication.

Witness, can confirm he both spent all his points on EXTENDED pistol ammo, and said from what I recall absolutely nothing. He didn't do any leading whatsoever, and I'm pretty sure he didn't even hand out his flamethrower.

At the time I thought he brought the ammo as part of loadout, as it turns out he didn't and just left them in prep since joining and deployed without them.

We are not banning player for newbishness unless it is bordering with grief, and then yet we try to educate them.

I will check logs for anything suspicious but if everything is fine we will just try to talk with them if we see them in game

Remember, all job bans are permanent until appealed, so jobbanning for newbishness (that did not result in grief) should be avoided as much as possible

The player is new to the game, maybe logging in once or so prior. SL behavior will be noted down to their account but they'll try to be assisted before we place any bans on them.
