Retargeting

Common wisdom while playing xeno seems to often be to target arms, especially for ravagers.
What I am wondering is what do you actually do once the marines arm goes flying off? Do you still do damage if you attack targeting that arm or do you need to retarget?
In that case, what are some tips for retargeting in the middle of a fight?

You don't need to retarget another limb once it's off, you'll RNG another part of the body.

Why would you target arms when hands are so much easier to remove anyway. Also, the game will RNG another body part for you, no need to micro manage anything really, unless you specifically want to target another stuff, like feet.

For most of the time I target the head, chest or groin when I'm a xeno, depending on my caste and melee damage.

As rav, aiming for the feet or hands is always a great idea, whilst as anything squishier the head, crotch, or the chest are good targets.

As queen I just aim for the head, always, decap chance is just too high to NOT do it.
