Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
Of course.

Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Indeed it is a tool CO's are allowed to use to ultimately end a players round if they become a threat to the operation. It should be used as a last resort.

Do you understand you are not above Marine law or allowed to enforce it yourself?
Of course. That is left to the security branch I should only be there to lead and make sure the operation is going smoothly.

What do you think is the job of a Commander?
The commander is a leadership role tasked with leading the USS Almayer and its crew. This doesn't exactly mean to victory, but Commanders shouldn't intentionally throw a round. They are expected to be an RP role using their clout and intelligence to keep the marines in line.

If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
I would try to get the MP's to arrest them for insub, But if they become a huge threat as in what they are doing will affect the lives of multiple and the MP's cannot stop them, a BE will be in order.

Why should you be whitelisted?
I feel as though I can bring some interesting rounds into play, I am able to RP and I have a synth whitelist to prove I can RP.

He’s a synth and a staff member so I know he can do the job. Plus he was a mentor so he has to know the inside and out of the game. I mean it’s a barebones application, but we’re not talking like pure Thor no effort application.

I'm going to have to be honest here.

The application was below my standard, like really below.

You have the synthetic whitelist and that's your saving grace for now, as that means you can at least cover the roleplaying aspect of the role. I have seen you XO once or so, but I can't remember how well you did, so I'll be looking out for you ingame. I expect you to excel in the operation to make me switch over to a positive to be honest.

For now neutral leaning towards -1.

But I just feel like the effort was pretty low, the answers are pretty bare bones if any. Now I am not asking you to write 4 Paragraph Essays for every question but at the very least make it look like you want it.

Could you go more in depth on Insubordinate Staff members and What you think the job of Commander is?

For insubordinate staff members a few scenario’s come to mind.
1. Where the staff members are refusing an order because they don’t think it’s smart. If XO or SO I would talk with them personally to get their opinions on the matter. If it were standards and such I would tell them that our command crew have deemed it the best course of action and tell them to carry on or be arrested for insubordination.
2. Staff members are refusing orders and starting a mutiny/riot. I would inform the mp’s immediately to have the quell the problem, if it rises out of control I would need to intervene, probably needing to BE one or two people to shut down the issue but a BE could end up making the situation worse so I would use it sparingly.
3. The person just outright doesn’t care. I would have the mp’s just simply arrest them for insubordination.

As for what I think of the commander role? You are the highest ranking member aboard so everyone will be looking to you for approval of certain things and what to do. You are to make sure the round goes smoothly and is expected to be able to have atleast some level of RP. In the end everything falls on you even the blame.
