Description of the incident:Basicly one doc was arrested ... and when i confronted the CMP why was the doc arrested, he said hooliganism, and then i asked him to be more specific and he didnt said anything. After 30s when i was leaving The brig ... some MP came to me saying that i was to be arrested because of interferring in arrest by CMP orders (LMAO).

Hi, I was the CL, I was put in perma brig for trying to sell ultrazine floorp ills. When I was brigged I had my headset taken away almost instantly without abusing it. While in brig, I beat my self to make it look like the CMP did it to me so the MPs would do something against him, when he saw I did it he came in and stunbatoned me five whole times, he then straightjacketed me, I had two broken legs, and then I was refused proper medical treatment by him, then the alamo crashed into the ship, then Titus a MP came in a released us all.

I was present as a pilot in the round and can confirm that the CMP was maxing out punishments for everything and anything remotely close to a crime.

Was there for the first part with him and Carson and him trying to get someone executed for resisting arrest and assault.

Though Carson dealt with him IC from what I was watching, and after that, I went AFK.

I'd agree from the screenshots and what I saw earlier that he's obviously not capable of playing CMP properly and a job-ban would be appropriate.

I was observing and watched him beat a straight jacketed marine that was bound to the bed.

I was the late joined RO. After I joined I had medbay asking me for medical trays becuase the MPs had taken one for some reason. After the dropship was heading up to the ship full of xenos, I ordered all mariens to hold the CiC, and after I got there I went into the brig becuase of the multiple marines, including the spec that were still in their cells. I went up to the CMP and told him to release the marines becuase of the situation, so he pulled out a tazer and cuffed me to a chair in his office. Then claimed that I was leading a mutiny against him, even though no one was even looking at the commander and you can't mutiny against the MPs.

I can explain what happened, over 12:20 a fellow Ct accidently primed a nade and throw it to the middle of req so no one would get injured by the Nade, though went it explode some glasses hurted me and my fellow CT, then i came and punched him 1-2 times(1 missed) for being "dumb" then i changed to disarm and start shoving him until mp's and CO arrived, mps ordered my arrest for "assault" has i ran the CMP came and taze me down, handcuffed me(which is okay, i resisted) and without me abusing it, stripped my headset(this doesn't) , he took me to Brig i resisted several times to the handcuff, so he used the stunbaton on me several times until i stop.

When we reach to brig he took me to perma, took off all my clothes and made me wear only a straightjacket, he didn't even made me wear the prisoner suit and boots, took me to he's office and call the CO, he wanted to stack resisting arrest on 5 , this means he wanted to apply 5 resisting arrest orders including the assault order on 1 only arrest in order to execute me for shoving a marine and running away from him (in total WO Al 'Axe' Watson says, "We are looking at 210 minutes").
Since CO knew you couldn't stack he told him to don't do it, instand a 45 minutes arrests but for some reason the WO came and throw me on perma saying i would be there for 45 minutes( he didn't even game a radio headset or any other clothes that wasn't a jacket) which is strange since the iso chambers are only used for 60+ arrest.

when those "45" minutes passed the CMP never free me from brig and just leave me there, he didn't even took off the jacket that he made me wear without any reason.

The only way i got clothes were when a MP came and dressed me up.

if i knew, the CMP applied a MAX charge on a basically nonsensical assault charge since the only thing i really performed was shoving my fellow CT

The CMP breached a number of procedures and caused a great amount of disruption. A quick look at the logs has revealed arresting without stating charges, trying to apply six resisting arrest charge, a single case of harmabattoning, max sentences for every crime, and attempting to have the SO and CMO arrested for interfering with an arrest just for staying in the Brig (which the SO has access to).

Overall, terrible CMP play. The offending player will be receiving a ban for both MP and CMP due to his actions.
