Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I can't do much since this ban applicated at me 2 years ago, and I dont remember much of what happened, everything I can do is request forgiveness and promise I wont do this again. Let me make only one question: Do you really think I would do this mistake again after being banned for entire 2 years?

If I'll be honest, aside from the contents of the ERP logs, this guy's been banned for almost a full year now. I think they deserve a chance to come back.

Why should you remove this ban? Give me a second chance. I know I made bad things, I know I did, but I promise I wont do this again. I would be a new player than the other I was 2 years ago. I would be a plus to your community, another being playing on CM, sharing experience and stories.

Ban appeals are low priority and will be answered once enough staff have voiced their opinions and the manager decides if you deserve to be unbanned or not.

Your old ban was never actually lifted, it just got removed somehow or something. While you were playing over the three days you were on, you got three notes and then your perma reinstated, showing that you clearly didn't get better over your time away from the server. Don't see this being lifted but I'll get the opinions of others and maybe they can see it worth giving you another chance.

I'd like to see if any other server staff would vouch for you here before seeing this lifted. This wasn't a minor off hand 18+ comment or even joke, it was far more severe in terms of content.

I was curious as to the exacts contents of what you did and...that was pretty bad. That was literal full on E-R-P, out of the blue for no reason. Honestly, I really want to know what went through your head, but since it has been around a year since your ban, I'm willing to +1 on conditions of very strict probation.

I would not support this ban being lifted without an endorsement from another server you play on. The extent of your offense is the worst example of it I've seen on this server.

I don't support this ban, rarely a full-on ERP on this scale just gets appealed without serious effort, and for all I know the days you have been on again, as emerald said net you extra notes.

If being banned for that much and miraculously come back, get three notes, amounts to anything, your promise doesn't really hold it for me. -1

I know I've made mistakes, many of which I wouldn't have made nowadays and that I repent myself. I know my promise isn't trustwothy but I have to ask you to trust me. The first year ban didn't go through me, I admit, I came back and got 3 notes, but maybe after another year, I could get another chance. I certainly am not the same guy I was 1 year and 2 years ago. You could give me another shot, another chance to experience CM.

Under a very strict probation, I believe it may be alright to give you another shot. I’m saying that though as you have a vouch from another server. Without it, I’d be less inclined to +1 this, seeing as the sorta behavior you had when the perma was somehow removed. It’s been a while though, and you have a vouch, so

+1 under the condition your probation is a lot stricter then the nornal.

I understand your worry, DMCA rules are a bit different from CM ones, I shall make sure I read every article, every line, from the start of the paragraph to the ending dot of the rules to make sure I play according to the required, respecting my duties and rights, never comitting any rule break.

I'll +1 for probation, however, I hate ERP with a passion. Why it is so prevalent in this game is beyond me. Don't screw this up if you make probation.

You'll have a three-month probation. Anything close to ERP/18+ is an instant perma and you'll be expected and you'll have less leeway if you break any other rules. Failing this probation will result in you being unable to play on the server again.
