Description of the incident: As Corporate Liaison, while sitting in the medbay, I talked to a marine who had supposedly been stuck in the autodoc for half the op. For some reason they were stuck on the step of receiving a prosthetic but couldn't. I personally witnessed at least ten minutes of idle time in the autodoc. We repeatedly asked the doctors to take him out. I tried in character actions like bribery as CL, and eventually after being ignored for those 10-15 minutes I used the target command with my pistol on the doctor. I was heavily wounded by a shotgun blast and mine, so I considered it in-character to threaten some violence to clear the autodoc and get some treatment after my bribery failed. It was also to get the attention of the doctors who kept walking over to the autodoc, hearing the marines pleas, and walking away. I removed the targeting after the doctor went to the autodoc. He called MPs, but the CO showed up. When I tried to explain to him that I was trying to get his marine out of the autodoc (so they could actually play the game since everyone was ignoring this person), he gunned me down without questioning any of the people around. Battlefield executions are one thing, but this took place in the medbay. What I consider the most grievous part is that he ordered that I be incinerated and not defibed. Essentially, I was permakilled immediately without MPs even showing up to resolve the situation.

How you would punish the accused: This is an obvious mishandling of CO authority. They should be removed from the whitelist for abusing their position to completely remove a player from the round for an illegitimate reason.
