Description of the incident:
We were in a CIC hold scenario when MP Nelson Prescott started demanding that i operate on him because he got facehugged. He grab spammed me throughout the CIC hold when i was treating downed marines thus me failing giving pills and defibbing.

I told him in IC that he is really being paranoid and it would take some minutes for him to burst, OOC i told him to stop it because hes griefing me and other players that could be revived or cured but he still didnt stop, i think i said this two or three times at OOC. There was a charlie medic who is helping me get away with the MP.

Then when xenos reached the ultra reinforced glass part of CIC because he was "insane" as he said on dchat or IC chat because of the facehug, he started whacking me with a fireaxe and shot me with a 9mm. I think he shot a marine too with a tactical shotgun at pointblank. He died after being hit by a marine FF nade and I died after getting killed by a runner xeno while writing an ahelp.

On D-Chat he insisted that hes just enforcing rule 2 and im FORCED to RP his scenario to operate on him which is just plain stupid(he even pasted it to dchat). Like if you put yourself in that IC scenario would you prioritize surgery than trying to revive downed marines? Xenos are literally on the doorstep and you still insist on getting operated?

I kind of feel furious since this was my first time getting griefed and i could've probably or turned the tide even a slim chance since i had strong meds with me.

His discord name is Cactos / Anthony johnson i dont know what he was playing this round.
Dchat was in it too when they saw me getting griefed like that.
This is my first report so i wasn't prepared when things like these happens.

How you would punish the accused: Job Ban on MP/CIC roles and probably a warning . He clearly didn't understand what rule #2 meant.
