I tend to go with pork, and two protein bars since it's pretty much the most you can get without becoming a fatass.

I often just take pork and a tray of Tofu nowadays.

Used to stick with pizza, until I learned from a coder that items like pork are much more filling and require less time to chew.

Plus Tofu is a nice top-off without overstuffing yourself. So it DOES HAVE A USE!

nothing, I rush to be that 1st in req line
afterwards I eat 2 pork meals, enough to remove hunger and not get hunger notification for the rest of the round, unless blood loss ofc

I usually eat the cornbread because it reminds me of home. One tray for yellow, two for orange hunger. Snag two protien bars if I get hungry while deployed.
