Rule 15 concering MPs and Rule 17 concerning Mutinies.

Description of the incident:
A rocky mutiny was started against me, the CO, which is another issue. I ordered the MPs to the CIC. They never came; I died. Reportedly, the MPs had actually decided to join in on the mutiny. I did not witness this firsthand, however, due to the aforementioned absence of MPs while I was shot to death in the CIC.

How you would punish the accused:
A warning or job ban depending on the explanation in defense. There's no hard feelings here, just please do your jobs and follow the rules. If you don't want to, play another role.
