I'm writing this because another person within my family has committed suicide, Marking the 2nd time this year that this has happened.

Some of my friends from my time in the military = have taken this option out as well over the last few years. As sad as it is its not something that can be forgiven. It hurts friends and family more than some people realize.

If your having thoughts about harming yourself please find help. Call 1-800-273-8255 for the national line if you need too talk to someone.
