What rule(s) were broken: Constant multiple breaks of Military law, Rule 3, Rule 15.

Description of the incident: I was a survivor on big red (friendly) and got rescued by the marines, i got a ride up on the alamo and went straight to CiC to report survivor facts to the XO. Walking straight into CiC as the WO had just walked out and passing the WO knowing they would follow which they did. Trying to talk to the XO to give him information the WO starts taking my pistol off me. I back away telling them that im friendly and that id give them my shotgun ( show of good faith) but i ICly didnt want to hand over ALL my weapons because i planned on buying a trip back planetside. But the WO tazed me twice (the first missed i wont say how close they were or the fact that i wasnt moving coz that might embarrass them) before stripping me completely of all clothing and everything and handcuffing me to a chair. After some more discussion that logs will show the XO tell the WO multiple times to at least give my clothes back and has to actually go get them themselves and put them on me. Afther abit more discussion and me basically saying fuck you im not telling you shit now i heard the WO say i could leave and saw the CiC doors open again so i went to leave before they tazed me again recuffing and dragging me back to a chair in CiC, ( The whole time the Xo was saying to just let me go seeing as i didnt even have anything now) after awhile the XO uncuffs me again and i see another opening to leave which i take. The WO gives chase trying to tazes me and frankly thats where he should be embarrassed he missed all of about 10 shots before i managed to get away.

I spend the next 5 or so minutes finding new clothes ( i don't want to be walking around in dirty old pajamas i survived and killed a xeno in) armor, a mod88 among other items. i also went around breaking lights because fuck the USCM and i know im not allowed to do anything major to grief them.

Anyway after awhile the WO runs into me again getting me down and cuffing me telling me i'm under arrest for vandalism and theft, trying to say that i stole off dead guys which i hadn't, literally everything was taken off the ground. Im ok with this until we get back to brig and he strips me of everything once more before cuffing my and locking me to the bed. No oranges, no radio, just handcuffs. I bitch at him for awhile until he finally gives in and actually puts clothes on me. Still without a radio. After awhile he tells opens the door telling me that "if i run hell taze me again" at this point i red intent hit him straight in the mouth and started running around until he batons me and keeps going til im unconcious and throws me back in the cell. He stands there for about five minutes after saying he was adding assault of an officer to the timer before changing the timer up to 40 minutes again.

After awhile talking and me taunting/insulting him he decides to take me out of my cell and put me in the holding cell before closing the shutters for awhile then reopening them and staring at me awhile and then dragging me back to my cell he sets the timer to 20 minutes again then talks to me for a few minutes saying about how he should just leave me to sit in the cell for a cycle before the ship went into red alert and he left leaving me in the cell still cuffed. My round ended with me being devoured by a sentinel and getting to watch the WO get shredded before being spat out and decapped. Silver linings i guess.

How you would punish the accused: Honestly. Dude needs a Jban, hes obviously completely ignorant to military law and procedure.

Acting as a witness, pretty much everything 420 said is spot on. Whitaker repeatedly failed to meet the standard needed for CMP and either botched or outright didn't follow procedure a fair few times. Looking back i should've been stricter in how i handled the situation instead of leaving it at just a few PMs.
