Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well it was a big red round. Queen was new and the hive got stomped. I larva burst to the dead hive. Ran out and waited for a queen. None came so I went to check the Lz and died to a claymore. Dchat was calling me dumb ect so I got salty and said it was just me not delaying and now I'm here lol. I'd like to say this was my first offense as xeno like this so I think zane was harsh but I wont do it again that's for sure.

This was not the only xeno incident, but it was the final blow. You have had a steady intake of notes over the year, how can we be sure that nothing like this happens again?

Anyways, this is quite early to be appealing the ban, and if you believe zane used improper punishments, file a staff report.

Ok I want to make it very clear, just because this is your "First" xeno based offence, its not your first in regards to breaching the rules. You have a long history of doing it and it all adds up. This ban was only placed today and from this month alone you have 2 other warnings. Why should we unban you?

I can't really do much to defend myself other than to say it was a very dumb and rash thing to do. I should have evolved at least first before dying. All I am asking is a second chance. I do enjoy playing xeno and queen and I think over all I'm not a problem player. I do say and do dumb things but I'm only human. It was a very bad mistake on my part and I wont let it happen again. Also not that it makes it better at all but most of my notes are marine related and I play a lot so that also adds in to that issue. I know I've gotten three notes this month which looks really bad 'mostly the CMO one' but if given the chance for probation I think I can show improvement.

Larva suicide is pretty much the standard don’t do this, and as a veteran player you should know this.

Barring that aside and your previous notes

If you’ve read my other unban responses to job ban and role bans, I am of the opinion you need to go 30 days without getting into trouble or noted before we can consider a job/role unban

I understand and I wont do it again. I also understand normally you want a month of clean playing but I have went the last two months with pretty little problems. I don't FF anyone back anymore. I try hard not to salt in Dchat. I have recently been learning queen and really enjoy it. Marines are kinda in a bad spot right now too so I just really want a chance at redemption. I'll already have the note on my account for such a silly mistake. I know I broken a rule so I'm not questioning that I just want a chance at probation so I can prove myself.

As the staff member that placed the job ban, the only thing I'm seeing is an attitude change after the fact you realized the ban was going through and was legit.

The reason it was placed was because you immediately came off as not caring, asking for another mod not listening, didn't apologize at all, then you decided to go into OOC and trash talk me instead.

I want to apologize for my behavior when talking with you last night, Zane.
I think your a good Mod and you are pretty fair both IC and OOCly. I was upset and tired and honestly should have just been silent.

Although I didn't die 100 percent intentionally, I mainly didn't want to delay but should have evolved.
I was just hoping that staying a larva would make it easier to sneak into the FOB. So I could then steal the Drop Ship.
Looking back now it was very dumb and I, 100% should have known better.

I still broke the rules however, and was not easy to work with so I understand why you did what you did. I really do regret my actions, and how I handled it afterwards.

This was a much needed wake up call, and I am grateful for it.
I have realized that I really should think about my actions more before I act on them. This and most my other recent notes have shown this to me.

Being impulsive and hotheaded is childish, and not how I want to be known as a player.
That being said I want to be a better player and will do what it takes to prove this.
I have never wanted to make the game unfun for anyone and don't want to cause any grief or stress.

That has never been my intent.
I play for fun and think the line between fun and rules got blurred.
I know actions speak louder than words and I understand that I am in no way special or deserving of any different treatment than any other player.
If given the chance to show improvement I know I can and would.

I also wanted to say thanks for always hearing me out and talking with me. I've always considered the staff and community to be really good people as a whole. And hate I've started to fall into the more troubled end of it.

Edit: Also I thought I should say though I do have a bit of notes I play almost daily and for many rounds a day. Not that I'm proud of that but I think it is worth pointing out as well.
