I’ve been experimenting with different medic load-outs lately and I’ve become fond of rushing over to medbay at round start to grab one of the spare empty hyposprays they have there.
I typically fill it with oxycodone or a mix of oxy and tricordrazine and keep it in a medium general pouch along with my health analyzer.
I find it quite useful when I get hit hard to have something quick at hand to inject myself with so I don’t pass out during self-treatment, and it’s also easy to use it on others during a push or a retreat to keep them moving.
What do y’all think about the hypospray? I don’t really see many other medics using them. What else would be good to put inside?
What do you like to put in the hypospray?

The challenge with the hypospray I find is making sure you refill it in between uses. If it goes empty, your in trouble since you can no longer use pills and must use a syringe.
The flip side is you can end up wasting pills if you refill it too often.
As for what meds I use, I typically just stick with tricord. Unless I can't get anymore, then I use bicard or whatever meds I end up using frequently.
Though I have heard of people mixing oxy or tramodol into their hypos along with the healing stuff so soldiers can keep moving when your squad is in a pinch.

Re: What do you like to put in the hypospray?
There's supposed to be a change allowing the hypospray to be "reloaded" with bottles of medicine instead of injecting the medicine into it.
I probably would take tricordrazine to speed up the healing of massive damages along with bicaridine or kelotane. Putting a painkiller in it will have it start working faster which is neat, but I'd also think about putting in Dexaline + before it because Dex + auto injectors sometimes prevent a defib, and having a larger dose with more than one use could probably be good.

Now you can fill hypo just with a bottleGarrison wrote: ↑21 Dec 2018, 16:55The challenge with the hypospray I find is making sure you refill it in between uses. If it goes empty, your in trouble since you can no longer use pills and must use a syringe.

i usually use hypo only as a doctor because hypo takes too much space. (30u + 60u per slot < 240u in pill bottles on average). And if I use hypo, I usually fill it with chloral hydrate + soporific to permorm surgery on damaged lungs
Oxy + trama are good for combat medics/SLs to evac people who are able to walk but are in pain crit.
Another option to have 2 hypos and fill one with potassium and another with water to purge ODs
