Please UnknownMurder, reconsider that reaction you had to me. I had a bad connection, so much so that I got killed little after receiving your jobban warning. I was trying to get jelly so I would be more useful latter.

Receiving the jobban without warning or chance to talk was really upsetting also

I was not insisting with Queen any longer after your warning, I only had answered you because I was not interrupting anyone's gameplay, only insisting with the queen and transfering her plasma. That is hardly reason for an admin to interfered so heavily. I tried to hunt as she said, but the bad connection made it difficult and there were no hosts near the nest either. Thats why I insisted a little more.

The insult was truly indirect, it didnt have any curse words in it and was hinting that the queen was acting "like" an old hag. I could have just called her a c*** or worse if I was being crass and not trying to reason.

I don't know whether I think that a jobban was necessary in this situation, however, the Queen's word is 110% nonnegotiable to the hive. Not only is the Queen's desires law, the Queen's desires are also YOUR desires. If the queen wants you to die for the hive, YOU want to die for the hive. If you aren't willing to play that way, then I believe the jobban should stay; if you are willing to modify your play style to submit to even the WORST of queens, then the ban should be lifted.

UnknownMurder, Are you implying I was trying to avoid mods? Thats a crappy accusation to use to give harsher punishment. Also, no one seem to notice that your ONLY reply before jobbanning me was IN ALL CAPS, just lame. And the logs show that when you warned me I had already stoped with talking to the Queen.

I was not gibbed, I had died from using the wrong vents when you sent me that very useless and distracting message.

As I explained in my post and no one read, my connection at the time was crappy. If I had the jelly I could evolve and be more useful latter. I was going to make that point, until UnknownMurder intervened in that aweful way.

If you pay attention to the first part of the whole dialogue you will see there is a very submissive undertone. Even when I call out the Queen Im not trying to be a total jerk, cursing her or using nasty language.

Biolock, that completely ignores that the Xenos play as an actual team, even if RP-wise it could be represented by what you are saying.

In this specific case, as I said, my connection was bad and having jelly soon would be better for me and the Xeno team through my improved habilities. Instead of listening, the player playing the Queen was just being nasty and wouldn't listen to my requests and explanations.

UnknownMurder acted abruptly misrepresenting my insistence as being uncomplying. Then he impulsively jobbaned me before anything could be made clear. His only message was in all caps and very ill intended. You can see from the dialogue I posted that I was always apologetic to the queen, with good arguments and answers. Until the Queen started to use all caps for its silly reasons too.

The dialogue is the problem though, Opie. No matter how logical you are, the Queen is perfectly allowed to be as illogical as she wants... it's the glory of being the queen. I understand from an OOC perspective, your request was very reasonable; that is not the problem here, the problem is that the way your character behaved went against the lore that this server enforces.

Whats with this random accusation? I didnt raid crap that time. The Sulaco was being invaded and I was getting inside the bridge with an pAI, it was taking long and the pAI told me to use the C4. I only did it to try and close the blast doors, which I had told many times over the radio. Apophis please dont flame this discussion with very misleading one-sided accounts. I even gave you all these details when you asked over adminhelp and immediately apologized even if it was completely misunderstood.

Do you or UnknownMurder have any idea how will this jobban be resolved? Is there any standard ammount of time? Or do you guys just think Im a lousy player after I always show respect and gratitude to the server? I know Im not perfect and sometimes I get in confusing situations, but its not like Im flaming and calling you names, and Im trying to think this through. I guess trying to contest anything is just making it worse, since you already made up your minds about it. Alright, this is not making it any better, should I delete the thread or what?

Opie, I'm not flaming the discussion, with one sided accounts, I observed you for a round, when you raided the captains office (after raiding secure storage, and ahelping for permission to go on a rampage to "spice up the round"), got caught, and given an hour brig time.

Maybe, you shouldn't accuse the person who's job it is to determine if you get unbanned, of flaming, when they bring a recent account of your activitives in...
