Xeno Communication

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Xeno chat is something very out of the way compared to the rest of the alien abilities, the only reason Xenos use the IC tab is to use Say, the chat talk thing, whatever you want to call it. So if we move that over to the alien tab with literally everything else already there, it'll smooth the transition between talking and fighting for xenos. Marines don't have this problem because they only need the one tab, IC. Xenos need IC to talk and Alien tab to do everything else.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
- being able to communicate better with teammates in the middle of battle (like, if your a queen needs to have quick access to screech, but needs to call other xenos for help)
- no switching between tabs just to talk, faster actions/chatting
- if under pressure from marines, can still communicate easily
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
moving the say option over to the alien tab, additionally the new alien tab talk could use automatic hivemind so its easier to communicate
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
coding I guess.
I assume it would be similar to how whisper is already over on the alien tab, thats how I got the idea.

Pfft typing Say is the way to go man, hotkeys are just awkward unless you add your own ones that fit you

I use Tab to toggle between hotkey mode, and typing in the command bar. It has some issues, but if you get good at it, it can be pretty smooth.
