Extra points for capturing up to 3 living aliens
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
While aliens are required to capture marines alive, leaving for them a possibility to escape, contact for help and give information, aliens are always killed on the spot. Fluff-wise, capturing living aliens is beneficial to marines (part of their research), so it would be a nice touch if capturing these creatures alive were amongst marine goals, just like rescuing survivors is.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Additional goal for the marines.
More roleplay potential for aliens, marines and pAI.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Aliens would count as captured as soon as closed within one of Xenomorphic Containment cells.
There would be extra points for every alien that is within a containment cell at the end of the round.
There would be points for only 3 aliens in the cells - they need them for research, not to catch them all, so the ones after the third would not contribute to the score.
Aliens within Xenomorphic Containment cells would count as "dead" ones when it comes to triggering a game-over, just like infected marines do.
Exception to the rule above is when it's the queen or when it possesses a facehugger.

To be honest, we need some-thing for the researchers to actually do with the aliens, and If they didn't receive any.
Also, I've yelled at Marines to cease-fire on unconscious aliens, but they just fire like stupid brutes...

The alien is detected in the xenomorphic containment cell + there is no queen/facehugger/egg in the xenomorphic containment cell, including alien inventory = the alien is counted as dead (captured) = +1 for alien capture per alien (applies to 3 aliens max)
You can throw out the "queen/facehugger/egg detection" thing if it's too complicated, obviously - I just thought that such xenomorphs could actually try restoring the hive if they had access to facehuggers.

I also + 1 this and agree with Fickmacher that it will add more RP. But there's another problem. With the Captured Aliens Marines won't be able to get the victory of killing all the Aliens unless that's changed a bit as well.

I can add special floor tiles at the xeno cont., and make the end round check to exclude all xenos on those tiles. And for escape, maybe if they are cuffed and on shuttle.

That's what I would think. Because the whole Capturing part of it would mean sending them back to Centcomm right? Unless they killed all the other aliens and kept the ones they captured in the Xeno Holding area.
