Apply damage to aliens who go into space for a walk.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It would stop those last aliens who escape into space and unnecessarily delay the round-end by another thirty minutes until they're shot down by marines/killed by admins.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Slowly drain health and plasma that aliens who are currently on space tiles or ABSOLUTE VACUUM (0 KPa). Aliens would still be able to walk on depressurized areas, so long as they are not in space-exposed tiles.
Not the term "slowly:" That means aliens can still space walk for a while, but will eventually die if they choose to camp in space.
This will turn space into a "last resort" kind of strategy. You still can escape through space, but it will take its toll on you.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
If they are on a space tile or in a 0 KPa atmosphere, take away 1% of their maximum health and plasma per tick. Also, stop all regeneration (so they can't ignore space damage by standing on weeds) and display something on their HUD so they know they're dying.
