End Alien Space Walks

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Apply damage to aliens who go into space for a walk.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It would stop those last aliens who escape into space and unnecessarily delay the round-end by another thirty minutes until they're shot down by marines/killed by admins.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Slowly drain health and plasma that aliens who are currently on space tiles or ABSOLUTE VACUUM (0 KPa). Aliens would still be able to walk on depressurized areas, so long as they are not in space-exposed tiles.

Not the term "slowly:" That means aliens can still space walk for a while, but will eventually die if they choose to camp in space.

This will turn space into a "last resort" kind of strategy. You still can escape through space, but it will take its toll on you.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
If they are on a space tile or in a 0 KPa atmosphere, take away 1% of their maximum health and plasma per tick. Also, stop all regeneration (so they can't ignore space damage by standing on weeds) and display something on their HUD so they know they're dying.

agreed, this does provide a solution to a conversation i had with Rahlzel the other day. Personally hate this kind of behavior, and if my hivemates do it to survive, it rarely goes down well with me.

Losing plasma does nothing it take too long to be actually effective also aliens can plant weeds on solars or something like that so not much of a problem of plasma..

Interesting point. Added "stop all regeneration while in space" to the suggestion.

Done. Will be up in next server update.
They will rapidly use plasma as a shield when walking in space and when they run out of it, they will loose health quickly.

I don't want space-walks fully stopped.

They should be able to go in space, for a limited time (so that they can move through space, but not hide there forever).
