Description of the incident:
Milan was acting commander and went on a shooting rampage which first started with him in a gun fight with Emanuel Lacon an LO, but then soon turned on the crew injuring many most of which required medical attention. Milan was later gunned down in the medbay.

I was there, but failed to gather any evidence.

Job ban or ban from server

( Sorry to be in this place but..) The guys was probably a Lo who had to step up to commander if the command hadn't spawned or went SSD.

Job bans can be temporary. They can be anywhere from 1 millisecond to forever.

When I looked at the player panel I found him listed with (Commander) as his job. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the player panel doesn't update when an LO steps up as commander.
