Description of the incident:
Luis Guess was wearing a hardsuit helmet during first contact. No eggs were planted outside the hive at the time and all infected monkeys were in the hive. He committed suicide as soon as he woke up, not giving the larva a chance to burst.
As he suicided immediately, I'm not sure if he informed others about facehugging or just went and shot himself. When aliens invaded however, marines somehow seemed to expect that. While very possibly not ever hearing about facehugger existence, Tim Jefferson and Tony Paynter were wearing hardsuit helmets nearly as soon as aliens arrived.

Luis Guess should be punished to the highest extent as far as metagaming goes, same for suiciding without seeing anyone else burst. When it comes to other two, it depends on whether or not Luis reported anything by radio.
