Description of the second incident + evidence:
As a LO, suicided at roundstart. He probably did it to join the CM alpha test, which was happening at the time.

The player has no previous history on the server. This is his first record as a player. Though he mercilessly killed fellow marines at the end of the round, the player also showed a fair amount of communication and roleplay throughout his first round, which makes me believe he's not lost case.
How you would punish the accused:
- For first incident: I would like to administer a 3-hour ban after talking to him in game.
- For second incident: LO and commander job-bans.
