Which Admin Protocols http://goo.gl/fBUQGG() were broken: I was banned wrongly. I wasn't given enough time to respond, and I was banned out of the blue. He broke number three too. I was banned for the wrong reasons. I didn't break the rules. I was just trying to play. When I asked to be healed after I was griefed, he randomly banned me, saying I was doing breaches and murdering people. I told him I didn't do it, and he said that someone that had the same IP as me was doing it. I was totally confused.

Description of the incident: I was the commander, and I just finished releasing an announcement on a computer and then I was attacked and then a person named Yolanda implanted bombs on me and blew me up , killing me. I reported him to the admins, and then Vrai replied. I asked if I could be healed, and then Vrai randomly banned me, accusing me of doing breaches, killing command, and other random some stuff I didn't do. He then said someone who had my IP was doing it. I asked my brother, Dra99 if he was doing it, and he said no. I kept on trying to contact Vrai, I absolutely had no memory of me even killing one person during my time on Colonial Marines. I believe I was wrongly banned. I want my logs checked. I'm sure it wasn't me. Vrai banned me, and then whenever I asked why he banned me he said he did it when I was clearly banned by him

How you would punish the accused: I just want to be back on Colonial Marines again. I don't want him to be punished but I do hope he learns a lesson.

I lifted the note and asked an Administrator to lift the ban. I don't understand how it happened,but it gave you a ban I had issued under Riseoftheplanetofthenegros's panel.

This is a fairly rare glitch (happens like, once or twice every vew hundred bans). I don't think he was intending to ban you.

I was surprised when it happened, I removed the note and ban and apologized immediately after I noticed it happened.

From looks of things this was resolved and was nothing more than a accident/glitch

I think this happened because Vrai and I went to ban planetofthenegros at the same time. Vrai did sort it out and promptly had me unban Dra.
