Description of the incident:Alien queen ordering to drones to put huggers on the metal birds (shuttles) which is metagaming because they shouldnt know that marines are coming

Well unless you have a Ckey here this is pretty much impossible to really do anything about. We have so many queens a day and without a Ckey finding a queen would be rather difficult

That and the marines did even arrived on nostromo

That happened 10 minutes after roundstart, so yes, it's unlikely marines had set foot on Nostromo.
