What rule(s) were broken: 1, griefing, 4, powergaming and I strongly suspect 5, metagaming.

Description of the incident: Engineers and I had set up defences after aliens boarded the Sulaco. Rei destroyed these defences and was told not to, which she ignored and continued to do. I arrested Rei and brigged her for 5 minutes for insubordination. While I was brigging her several people showed up, seemingly for no reason and began demanding that I release her. I attempted to detain some of the people breaking her out. I told the people to go away, although couldn't keep them out as the brig doors were destroyed. I was then injected with a hypospray, with knocked me out, handcuffed, stripped of all my clothes and gear, and then had my arms cut off in surgery by Rei, while Johnathon. (Note: This is the violation of rule 4. It explicitly states marines knowing surgery is a violation of this.) I discussed this at the time with a moderator (Felhkir or something), but was told to report it here.

How you would punish the accused: It's not really my place to say, as this is a breach of at least 2 rules maybe a few days ban?

I didn't get all sides on the issue here, but yeah it does sound like major shitting .. I will speak with them once i see them.

Since, mutiny is allowed, and that seemed like what was happening, I'd say it might be questionable to take action. At least, that was until i read the part about them removing your arms, which is inexcusable and well beyond what's allowed.
