Have command spawn with PDAs

When assigning marines, officers will be able to keep track of how squads are filling up. They can make sure squads have leaders, medics, and engineers.

No. They have their own resources. We even put crew manifest in the briefing room.

The crew manifest is easy to access, and a PDAs would be a bit redundant when there is a box of them in logistics.

You say there is a box of them in Logistics (which I assume is the bridge you're talking about), and I have seen them before, but I can't locate them for two shifts now. Do they spawn next to the box of spare IDs?
