Maby add where lets say a MP handcuffs somebody and when there not moving if the person handcuffed selects mouth head intent and clicks on the officer he starts to choke him out with the cuffs on.
This would benifit the game by adding a whole new level to prison breaks or escaping an officer.
Lets say you get arrested and he stops moving to talk through his radio now you select the head intent on harm and click on him (only works if hes not dragging you because he would be holding the cuffs, and only works when behind someone) *red text* Billy Bob is attempting to choke nick! and after like 10 seconds the guy would pass out but chocking them only puts them in crit and knocks them out.

The proper way of handcuffing is hands behind your back. I don't think that leaves much room to using them as a garrote.

If you would permaban a player, you owe it to him to look into his logs and hear his side of the story. And if you cannot bear to do that, then perhaps the player does not deserve to be banned.

Theres plenty of ways to get out of cuffs/ prison as it is... I haven't tested on this server but I think you can bite your own hand off, no need to suddenly make cuffs a weapon especially when your hands should be behind your back when you're cuffed.
