Being Devoured

Bug Description:When you are devoured and knife the alien to death you don't get out...


Steps to reproduce:
1.get devoured
2.Knife the alien to death
3.get Stuck inside alien until you die

if you check the logs for about 22:30 to 22:39 Gmt you will see the bug happen with text.

Basically the same thing happened to me but i died from the inside acidic stuff.

Did you try to move while inside the alien? Cause when I do, holding a knife, the alien explodes.

Nope wasn't nested as i could move around...

i did try to move while being inside but it might be due to... when i was inside and killed it i got locked inside in my original nest position but not in the nest..so i couldn't move to another tile essentially.

Oh man,I remember devouring two hugged marines for transport then being gunned down by their friends. Poor trapped bastards.

As it stands, moving inside an alien while holding something has a chance to gib the alien and set you free, no matter whether the alien is alive or dead.

I simply cannot reproduce this bug.

Might be that i blacked out after slashing and killing the alien.. losing my knife so i couldn't cut it open anymore ?

it also was in a nesting area..

Well, I have made it so that if the alien is dead you can gib your way out even if you aren't holding anything. That should fix it.
