Maps of the Nostromo and Suluco

Summary There should be a maps download on PAI's and printable roll out ones handed out at briefing of the Nostromo and suluco, as well as maybe Maps on walls showing the entire station with a X YOU ARE HERE spot on it, as it would improve new peoples info on the Suluco, and for the Nostromo to see where they are in maint and such,as well as for realism
Benefits Would allow more new players to not get confused by the Suluco's layout, as well as lessening admin messages for some things like 'wheres medical'. OR even better they could have a pamphlet in there backpack, instructing them what to do like, go to LO's desk west of cryosleep to be assigned to one of 4 squads as one of 4 classes' then explain what the classes like standard or engineer give you, and what things are in them concaves. as well as maybe a weapons giude on how to use em so admins are not asked questos like, 'How does this flamethrower work' or 'how do i reload' and such.

Details There could be a PAI app called Map download, and it could downlaod a overhead view of Nostromo or Suluco, as well as a map making machine in Briefing that Prints maps of the Nostromo or Suluco for info.

Implementation sadly, no idea how to implement it as i am not a coder, but couldnot you just have something that when clicked shows a overhead view off the station?

Maps section just seems.. Metagaming. Players shouldn't know where they are.. I mean, they haven't icly explored the area.

Not really.. because most people rp it in the sense of they would of been briefed on their surroundings i.e given a map icly to know where to go.

The bit i'm trying to get at is... when you go into unknown areas you look for a map.. before you go in and study that until you know it.. so in my mind it makes sense to know where to go.. but eh.. that may be just me.
