Totalanarchy was just hearing the the voice of butthearted space marine who got himself killed after going into techs all alone. After that adm demanded explanations (right in the middle of the fight with the same marine he just revived right away). At first I just didn't comprehend what does he want from me with all his explanation demands. The order to kill marines was given by the queen killed not long before in xenobiology.
Totalanarchy just didn't give me a chance to tell him about big picture so my round was ruined because of that. Got banned absolutely for no reason by admin who apparently doesn't think it's worthy to listen to both sides before acting. Thank you for you kind attention.

Coroneljones, there is NO such clarification in the rules guide I've read (http://cm-ss13.com/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=1363)

The old queen told us 'you can kill marines' so I started to behave like I have a permission to hunt and kill those who posses a threat to the hive and those we can't take hosts right now

I don't think it's right for me to teach you how to do your job. However, should you wait for proper explanations before using your admin magic and reviving stuff? Yeah I saw your first message but was unable to answer properly because you actually already revived an armed and angry marine and I was busy helping other runner keeping him knocked. And yeah after our drone picked him out I was able to answer your second message 'I give the last chance to explain why you killed that marine' but was too slow to realize what you want.

You see, as I said in the beginning I got a permit from the queen. From my perspective the queen should address an admin before issuing such order, so YOU MUST HAVE KNOWN I got this right. So when you pm me with your 'last chance' warning I was unable to understand what do you want from me so my answer was 'I killed it because he is space marine'. Again, thinking I got my permission and you are aware of it.

I said a few times for you to stop with the other runner instead of backing off and leaving combat you came back at the marine and killed them again. You got no permission from the current Queen. Your answer was that you killed them because they are a marine. That is not how this server works, the only class allowed to kill when there is a queen, with out permission is a ravager. When the Queen is killed all xenos may kill. When a new Queen evolves, all the past orders are dead. The new Queens will is your own.

I would have to agree, its rather difficult to reply to an admin PM when you're being shot by a newly rejuved marine.... Had the marine not been rejuved it may have been easier to respond.

Basically, I think theres some legitimacy to this appeal and while anarchy was right to take action against the player perhaps the order in which actions were taken made it difficult for the player to give a proper response before the ban.

Everything said by anarchy while yet again true, are never addressed in a way that a new player would know.

You broke combat with the marine, you ran off. I took care of the one runner and healed the player. You came back in a minute or two later. Maybe less and slashed the hell out of them while a warrior watched and just left when they realized that an admin was dealing with it.

So your point is that I was just ignoring your PMs and waiting for you to revive the guy just to kill him again? I think you're getting off-topic here. What is much more important is that you banned me with a note 'Banned six hours to read the rules and think'. Again I ask you 'Where can I find all the rules you just gave in you previous post about new queen overrides old queen's orders and stuff?' Because if it is posted somewhere on the wiki or board top then I should have known all this, ergo your ban actions were absolutely legit.
If not, then how could I possibly know all that during my second round on CM server? Doesn't it seem to you it's a little bit harsh and unfair to punish somebody for violating rules he didn't know and was unable to learn before the game start?

READ THE RULES. If there is a new queen, previous queen orders are irrelevant. In fact, the queen orders pretty much end at the queen death, and start again on queen birth.
