Remove or Decrease Survivor Starting Damage

Remove the often game breaking survivor starting damage.

Survivors no longer bleed to death from massive injuries before even getting a chance to bandage it.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
An example that happened today was I spawned in at orange with a bleeding leg, was captured by aliens, and promptly bled to death before I was even hugged. This is an issue people have complained about before, and it's extremely irritating. It penalizes aliens by having a host that dies once captured, and penalizes the player for being effectively dead on spawn in.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Remove the survivor damage, or at least cap their minimum start health at 75.

Never been a survivor, but giving them potentially fatal random damage doesn't sound like a great idea. +1.
