Probably 3-4 a day during the week, and a lot on the weekend, so I'll estimate 30-35 hours a week (or more)

Yes, I was HeadMod on Colonial Marines for a short time, and TrialMin/Mod before that, until school swamped me.
Did you play any of the previous Colonial Marine servers?
Yes, the NE/CM mix, and the one right before that.
Have you had an application to Colonial Marines or New Eden denied before?

Are you currently a staff member elsewhere (not just SS13)? If so, where?

Have you ever been banned for more than 24 hours on Colonial Marines?
No.
If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?
First, quickly remind everyone to not shoot back if people open fire at them, to keep it from descending into total chaos (and to prevent the attack logs from becoming as long as a book). Purge the player to prevent further chaos. PM the player, ask them why they did it, informing them it's against the rules. Check their notes. If they are a first time offender and responding respectfully, give them a 24 hour ban and a strong warning to not do anything like that again. If they're responding with insults, not responding at all, or otherwise continuing, 48 hours. For a repeat offender, 72 hours. If it's someone's third or even fourth time doing so, slap them with a 10 day ban and request a perma in the appropriate thread. Revive and heal those killed and injured in the incident.
You notice that a xeno is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?
Immediately ask them to stop, and inquire if they're aware of the breaching rules. Call a drone or other building xeno over to fix the breach with resin. If they are genuinely unaware of the rule/apologizing, I'd let them off with a stern warning, and let them know any further breaches would result in a 24 hour ban. If they were aware, and/or didn't care that they broke it, then I'd issue a 24 hour ban.
The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently 4 aliens and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do?
I would tell them that Central Command has denied their request for the nuclear authentication codes, and order them to continue their mission. And also laugh to myself.
A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do?
First, remove the fire from Logistics, using the glorious Kill Air button. For the purpose of this, I'll assume there were people killed and/or injured. Talk to the Marine, and ask why they did it. If there is no legitimate RP reason (ie. a mutiny, and that's where the Commander is), then issue a 24 hour ban for a first-time offender. If this isn't their first incident, a 48-72 hour ban depending on the severity and past notes. Revive and heal people who were killed and injured. Caution the medic to be more careful on who he gives grenades to, and not just to give them to the first joker that shows up at his window.
What would you do if a player started to talk about the things he did to your mom last night?
Warn him, direct him the rule #8, and then ignore him. No point in giving them attention, (feeding the trolls, if you will), as it just makes them continue. If it continues or escalates, mute them and add a note.
