Grenades Not Destroying Eggs

Bug Description:
Grenades currently do not seem to destroy eggs. I launched 3 into a huge nest of 30+ eggs and the eggs went untouched, while everything else blew up. This is a bug, grenades should be almost standard for nest clearing and currently they dont work like they are supposed to.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Toss a grenade into an egg nest
2.Observe explosion
3.Count Eggs

Explosives don't seem to destroy resin walls either; at least I've never seen them do so.
