Description of the incident: Ok, so EVERY single time i ever play a game with Jonny Taze, he will always skip the line, assault marines in the line, jump the table and steal things in addition to saying things OOC in IC. Now, i know most of these are mainly in character offenses to be dealt with by MPs and i wouldn't bring it up otherwise but it is literally EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. and we've had rounds delayed by upwards of 10-20 minutes at times because he'll keep assaulting marines or steal an ID and do things which are effectively griefing.

This is a regularly occurring incident which both makes the game much less enjoyable.

EDIT: In the time since i made this post at roughly 9PMish, Jonny Taze bombed the brig several times, attempted to kill several marines, MPs and LOs with both bombs and Explosives

How you would punish the accused: I'm not here to make a ban request outright, id like the admins to make a note of this and if they could observe his behavior over the next few games if possible and for them to come to a decision. I think its just utterly unfair that each match he's in, its guarenteed we're going to have to eventually arrest him and that he'll assault a marine at some point and its a little bit childish

EDIT: Ok since this he OUTRIGHT griefed like a motherfucker, id like to request a perma ban if at all possible.

Dude you are always a LO/commander and you grief me all the time. By purposely giving me roles I don't ask for. First in queue and ask for SL and you just say nope or give me something completly different. no reason behind it but you hate me and just keep giving bum jobs to piss me off. Then I lose my cool know I shouldn't but its irritating and then I attack you no one else just you cause its you doing it to me.

If you'll notice, the few times i am LO (i never go for commander) you have always been fucking around in the line, assaulting other marines, pushing them over or stealing their IDs and often ive been forced to call for MPs. You also climb the desk, flash people and then try to steal things in the bridge.

Now from a logical ingame point of view, why would any logistics officer give that kinda man the position of squad leader? This is the only position ive ever denied you.

dude, you were commander not too long ago. It was 3 games I would say a role and you would just say nah then proceed to give me an alternative role. One time the LO was disconnected and jumped the table decided i was gonna help the line out in which i said am helping them out. You decide to Harm intent punch me so i disarm you, trying to explain but you keep punching me. MPs come help they don't listen to me, instant brig. New round I come to your desk second in line first guy standard, I ask engineer ... nah... standard. No reason for it. I am annoyed. I ask "why?" you say" you where griefing last game, automatically flash us all no reason. i jump desk and 2 others and start trying to get your ID so we can get this done without you being an annoying. Most recent of the round starts, I ask if I can be SL cause last round i was squad leader and i enjoyed. you just say nah... make me a researcher there is already a researcher. Yeah Screw it at that point i grief you cause dude you messing with me and getting away with it. Soon as i get annoyed at you and try to explain you flash or sick the MPs on me. you say am ruining it for other people dude your ruining the game for me purposly just me.

I was a logistics officer who became defacto commander because he quit on the spot, i never pick the role.

Now most of your story there is essentially lie and only takes minor parts of the truth and adds a heavy dose of fantasy to paint your position as somebody who is just nothing but a victim and absolutely nothing else, but i of course have no way to prove it and will await whatever decision the mods make and further document your actions in the future. What i would like to mention is your point on "I ask if i can be SL cause last round i was squad leader and i enjoyed". That is the very round you randomly bombed security several times in a row which i believe killed a few marines and then opened fire with your assault rifle on everybody in sight.

Believe it or not, the job title "Squad leader" isn't around for you to go on a "lolrandom" rampage across the station. Also i gave you researcher because our previous researcher died, and then when i approached you 2 separate times in order to give you a different job you were either silent or walked away.

OK most of your story is a essentially a lie and I have no proof. I was bravo leader went on my merry way on the drop ship no problems. next game wanted to be SL you just said nah threw my ID out the door. so I went to the other LO to get changed nah. Game is meant to be RP so dont just carry over to a new round and just start abusing your position because you hate me. I am far from saying am the victim, if I was the victim i would just open a ticket myself but I think you like this game too much and dont really want you or I to get banned. All the times you just grief me with different positions than what am saying. That is grief and its hard not to grief you back when your doing it solely out of malice against me. The role Logistics Officer isn't a role for you just to bully me with for a sense vindictive justice. The times you approached me I was speaking to the MOD and looking at your post you created on the forums. Must of missed that sudden case of generosity to me.

Ok so I went through recent logs and past logs and I noticed a massive amount of punch logs from you to several people up into throwing about 50 punches at someone than attacking them with crowbars also etc. I see logs of you being arrested several times as well in addition to shooting marines also when I can assure you it was not friendly fire as there were no xeno attack logs near the times of when you attacked any of the marines you attacked. So instantly I sort of want to assume you start shit. Second off lets go into this whole LO line thing. I honestly don't care if you get whatever role they give you even if you ask for something else. You man up and deal with it and take the damn job. When a LO gives you a job you do that job or be arrested for Neglect of duty and its that simple. This just looks like a grudge match going back and forth and due to that exact reason of what almost seems like a personal argument I am only giving a verbal warning here to both of you. Knock it off and get along. And as for striker. Just learn to maybe stop harassing other marines and you might get SL. I would not give you SL either given your past. This is the lightest punishment I can give and this is resolved unless anyone else has any VALUABLE INPUT to give than this will be moved in about 10 hours.
