ALPHA Engineering Blast Doors

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Remove the blast doors blocking the engine room entrance doors, and keep the blast doors on the engine room monitoring room windows.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would allow us to still enter the engine room with the monitoring room doors shut, in the event a fire breaks out and melts the monitoring room shutters.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Remove blast doors where the airlocks are.
