Your appeal, including evidence (an http://www.imgur.com album is recommended for multiple screenshots): OOC was warned prior to round start that silly names would not be tolerated. I hoped Buttes McGee might slide. It did not. My bad. Promise not to do it again.

Character Names - Your character must have a normal first and last name. One-word nicknames are allowed. Ranks, titles, honorifics, offensive, famous and/or pop-culture names are not allowed (e.g. Dr John Smith, Barack Obama, Lt John Doe, Adolf Hitler). Also, avoid lore-based names like Weyland, Yutani, Bishop, Ripley, etc - these are restricted to admin characters for RP only. ADMINS: A friendly PM to a player breaking the "no famous or pop-culture name" part of the rule is preferred as many of our players still have these names and not all of them read the forums. However, once we permanently update to the Alpha, this rule becomes as strict as any other, up to and including a permaban should the issue continue with the same player.

I am sorry but we have updated permanently to alpha and you were permabanned as this rule is in full effect, To be honest having a name like that to also top it off on a Medium RP server is not a good idea...

A permaban seems excessive but I can't say I wasn't aware it was punishable. I'm not going to argue the point or plead, if the ban is going to stay in place then I suppose that's just a real shame.

You were perma'd from the "alpha testing", as you literally messaged me "Would Buttes Mcgee be a legit name" and i replied "Based on what you've seen, I'd say try it and see", which this was after a round in which we warned/annouced a billion times, that shit names would not be accepted next round.

He did it anyway.

But, I'll give another chance as, like I said, the ban should have expired when alpha went live.
