Summary: Place a button inside medbay that lets patients open medbay to leave.
Benefits: Make it easier for people to get our of medbay instead of having to wait for a MD/Medic to open it for them, useful during high intensity scenarios.
Implementation: Place a button the map.

+1 I mentioned this a long time ago; one of many proposed Medbay improvements that have not yet been acted upon.
