Bug Description: Aliens can understand the Central Command AND Bridge Announcements.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be an Alien.
2. Have another person create Bridge Announcement (and Central Command)
3. Fully know the Marine's strategies.

This is a problem.
I do however think they should still be aware of when the emergency escape pods are called into play so they can begin an assault.
