Description of the incident: So, here I am, SL, come back to Sulaco to restock on ammo and to get a new helmet (mine broke), and some asshole MP Junior Rodriguez sends my shuttle away, delaying the four minute process another four minutes, I make an empty threat to kill him, he gives me 15 minutes, and the commander, Dino Cades shows up, perma's my sentence, and demotes me, for a fucking threat. EDIT: As I wrote this, all of my gear was stolen. Even the stuff that had nothing to do with my demotion.

Nah. First of all. If you harming someone - do not expect admin help. You knifed MP - therefore, you denied possibility of admin to help you. So, looks so, your situation won't be solved, because you started harming another person.

First of all, no, I'm not retard. Second, you triggered this situation and then you triggered bad continuation. Third, when you knifed MP, you automatically lost right to ask help from admins (posting on forum included). Why? Because you transformed bad OOC behaviour of MP to IC situation.

Also, new update, got arrested again, after I got out of jail, had gear and everything, was breaking a window, and I still got brigged. Sulaco was full of xenos, and I got a 35 minute timer, for breaking a fucking window.

Uhm That does not look like a RO to me. It looks like your changing the story here. you are forgetting that so far all action taken was more than within reason considering you just got out of a brig and assaulted a MP

Again, one reason why I am reporting you as a commander is that you don't understand marine law. You can't execute someone for assault with a deadly weapon.

Also, SAS, at first I thought the RO did it, but then I realised it was the MP, I made the death threat to the RO, who, at the time, I thought did it.

While the RO might have done that keep in mind that the RO is a part of the Command staff. So you basicly had every right to be arrested for making such threats to the RO. However deemed the situation I will just leave this as more of a warning to both sides. While the MP did arrest you and refuted to return your belongings. You also did attack the MP and given the situation you were executed

As you have mentioned before already. I am aware that you can not be killed for assault with a deadly weapon. However I am pretty sure you had intents to probably kill him as well and it could be claimed self defense. I am more than aware that the time for assault with a deadly weapon is 30 minutes.

Regardless. This has been resolved. We will monitor the person more closely however there were many ways to have avoided this entire situation. This will be moved in approximately 4 hours from this post.
