Sulaco medbay maintence door in storage bug

Bug Description:
Mappers, you have one job. As engineer, I have access to maintence. And I have access here, suddenly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be engineer ot MT
2. Open door
3. Loot storage

Also, as marine, you have access to both the morgue and the cloning room, but you cannot access the door in between the two rooms.

I believe that open access from the cloning room is intentional, so you can leave bodies inside.
Fixed storage and morgue access.
