Bug Description:
The atmospherics pipes in the lower decks are unpressurized compared to the upper deck atmospherics.

I guess its hard to code pipe connection between different Z lvls
so they probably need extra atmos on 2 decks that copy each others state

There are Z level pipes. I am not sure on how they work though. You can spawn Upwards and Downwards pipes in the pipe dispenser.

Attempted connecting Sulaco upper level atmos with lower level atmos. Z-level pipes were installed in what I think are the correct tiles on the upper and lower decks. I double checked with coordinates, and they were the same. I tried upwards and downwards pipes on both z-levels, neither connected the two z-levels.

Not a bug. We don't use Z-level controllers. They are two seperate atmos systems.
