To cook, or not to cook.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Well, I was playing CM when I noticed in the Kitchen that there's barely any cooking materials there, just a shedload of meat. Not nearly enough flour to make anything of note, this is sort of upsetting.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): The marines would be able to regain their speed by eating some delicious food, and It'd give people on FOB duty something to do.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Well, just put more flour in the Kitchen

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Put more flower in the kitchen and stuff.
