Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Give the CE access to EVA

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Easier fixing of Sulaco Breaches caused by rockets and shit.

+1 for sure, and for all MTs and not just the CE. I think the CL has access to EVA. EVA is the only place on the station with soft suits, which are needed by engineers to perform repairs when there's a breach.

Yeah, I noticed several access problems with engineering access, for example only the CE can close the blast doors that prevent radiation to escape from the core while charging.
I got radiation poisoning from walking near the engineering department without protection, because the shutters were open.

Another funny oversight, in the manifesto the CE doesn't appears in the Miscelaneous section instead of Engineering.
