Bio/Synthetic printer location change.

Summary:Right now the Bio/Synthetic printer is located behind a door which doctors who need it cant get to it to print limbs, causing long waiting times in medi-bay for replacement limbs. I suggest moving it to where all the doctors can get to it.

Benefits: It would cut down on frustration and waiting times in medibay.

Details: We should move the printer to somewhere doctors can use it. There is a lot of space in the medibay that goes unused we could move it to.

Implementation:Move it beside the CMO's office where there is an IV drip now.

Just move the one in OR 1 down here next to the table or something and you no longer need access to research to use it. Also, I opened a lot of space for something else. I don't know what.

uhhh... do people have the iniability to read. there is already two of them. one in each of the surgical bays. easily accessible. and theirs none in science anymore. so this suggestion really is outdated. to those still posting here.

I'm in game right this second looking at the one in science. It's still there. Either way my changes to the science department are still a good request.
