Marine despawn bug

Bug Description:
Once a mob despawns at cryo pod, it frees up his job, but it doesn't free his squad location. So, if you despawn the alpha squad medic, the next guy who joins the round, and picks that freed up job will become "squad medic", missing access to squad prep rooms

Steps to reproduce:
1.Despawn squad marine
2.Pick that job that was freed
3.Become "Squad X" without an actual squad color
