Bug Description:
Cryo tubes do not seem to be healing clone damage or any other type of damage quickly enough. People are even losing health in it and die. The temperature of the cryo tubes stay at around 150 K.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Power level 5, target temperature 0 K, gas pressure 850 on gas cooling system.
2. Clonex in beaker.
3. 100% APC charge.
EDIT: Target temp was 1. 0 is impossible to set. My baad.

Target temp must be set to 1 not 0.
