More Specialists

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Currently specialists are the only people equipped with the weapons to kill T3 Aliens. Otherwise, T3 Aliens are relatively unstoppable without the use of combat mechs, which are not supposed to be used. Increasing the number of specialists would reduce the responsibility on each specialist.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Marines are more well equipped to deal with T3 Aliens, reduces the amount of influence those four people have on the marine strength over the duration of the game.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
At the beginning of the game, there can be up to or over one hundred marines. Of those one hundred marines, there are exactly FOUR PEOPLE who have the responsibility to take a SINGLE WEAPON that can take down the T3 Aliens designed to be vulnerable to those weapons. Most of the time they take Smartguns, which are quite useful against early tier aliens. Allowing each squad to have up to three specialists would allow for one Tank, one Grenedier, and one Smartgunner, giving the marines more versatility and decreasing their dependence on those FOUR MEN.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Increase specialist cap at the start of the round.

I killed a praetorian and a ravager one after another with a pulse rifle, one on one. I don't know how the balance has been in the last five days since I've been gone, but if it's unchanged, this would ruin it.
I'm stressing way too hard about what to put here, so I'm just gonna leave it blank.... or....

Two is too many. I'd suggested to increase to two Specs per squad and watch how it will influence balance and gameplay.
