What rule(s) were broken:
Right, this guy Koollan has force hacked the server somehow, could be either from using the Fax Hack method where you use the actual script code, place it in the fax and it allows you to use the Admin Abilities, or some other method. Don't know how, I do know he did and have proof, so fun.

It is confirmed it isn't hacking, however this now presents a Major problem after discussing with Biolock one that we all agreed on. People when they die like to send a "Transfer Vote" mid-start of the game because they died and their upset that they died without having any consideration for others who are still playing. While i'm not one to ever attack survivors cause I believe killing them the beginning the round starts instead of letting them get to Sulaco is absolutely inconsiderate personally, these people need to still be considerate of the others. We can't force transfer just cause they wan't it. I assume the system is thought out as, "Well, because we have a vote, those three survivors won't matter." I find the flaw here is that if the game starts in the first 30 minutes and Marines or Aliens fuck up and one side is the Majority dead, they can solve all their little problems by crew transferring instead of playing the game, I would suggest setting a timer so after 40min-1hr then it permits Crew Transfer Votes when no one is on to prevent such issues.


Description of the incident:
Right, so we ended up having three survivors, a runner killed them all accidently after infecting them, they got huffy at him, then they went silent and Koollan started a Crew Transfer vote to end the round, fun fun, naturally I know every server staff member and some personally so when I noticed this and knew that this requires +Admin just to start votes I immediately checked the staff Online, double checked to be sure hes still ON and that it wasn't some Admin who logged off, then I came straight on the Forum Chat posted we need an Admin cause of said Hacking, and then made this post so there's no little issues or loose ends you guys gotta deal with.

I am requesting a follow up investigation to check this incident then repremendations if this is what I believe it is.
